I am back. Tired and wondering why my nose is bleeding. Not sure why. Am sure you would recollect what causes such things... also have a twitchy finger - I'm falling apart. The seasons have certainly shifted back and forth over the last couples of weeks - a bit of Sun and then it is a bit colder with mist etc...
